Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities include:

-          Pricing Review and Updates

-          Market Survey Review

-          Month End Review

-          Invoice Review

-          Financial Review

-          Weekly Manager Calls

-          Monthly Owner Calls

-          Capital Improvement Oversight and Management

-          Budget Preparation

-          Site Visits

-          Resident Complaints

-          Service Contract Management

-          Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis

-          Lender Communications, including Escrow Management


-          BS Degree Required

-          Required Community Manager experience

-          Regional Manager Experience preferred

-          Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision

-          Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must

-          Experience with Entrata is a plus

-          Strong leadership skills required
